On Monday morning, August 21, 2023, the Upsales API experienced an unexpected period of unavailability due to an expired SSL certificate. The certificate expired at 0:16 CEST and was renewed at 08:10 CEST.

This incident resulted in disruptions to service for users who were attempting to access the API during that time. We have taken immediate action to solve the issue, and steps have been taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
